Our investigative research team

The WJA Investigative Research (IR) Team

Our in-house Investigative Research team audits your credit reports, develops each round’s strategy, and reviews the results. Working from our Plano office under attorney supervision, they handle the technical work behind your credit analyst. [Top row, left to right] King Chambers, Travis Ramirez, Johnny Hernandez. Our Mission

Credit quietly decides some of the biggest moments in a person’s life: the home you can buy, the interest rate you’ll pay for the next thirty years, the apartment you can rent after a hard year, sometimes even the job you can get. When your credit is inaccurate or damaged, those doors close, and often they close unfairly.

White Jacobs & Associates exists to reopen them. Our mission has been simple to say and demanding to live up to: to change lives through credit, by doing this work with rigor, honesty, and a level of care the industry rarely offers.

Three roles behind every file.

Credit restoration done well requires three different skill sets: someone to manage the relationship, someone to do the technical analysis, and a legal framework to back the escalation. Here’s how each role works.

Credit Analyst

Your dedicated credit analyst stays with you throughout the program, answers questions, provides updates, guidance, and credit coaching based on your specific situation. Instead of being passed between representatives, you have a consistent point of contact who knows your file, goals, and progress.

Investigative Research

Our in-house Investigative Research team manually reviews credit reports, builds dispute strategies, and analyzes results between rounds. They handle the technical work behind each file so every round is based on what actually happened in the previous one. Our IR team is the behind-the-scenes engine.

Attorney Supervision

Our credit restoration process operates under attorney supervision, with legal oversight built into the dispute framework, compliance standards, and escalation process. Attorney-written correspondence is also part of the program, adding a stronger legal foundation as disputes progress.

How these three roles work together

The strength of the team is in how the three roles connect on a single file.

Your analyst starts by understanding your situation and your goals, whether that’s getting mortgage-ready on a deadline or rebuilding after a hard few years. The Investigative Research team takes that context and builds a dispute strategy around your actual report, auditing it at the field level and filing the first round. As responses come back, the research team analyzes them and the attorney framework escalates the correspondence, getting more specific and more documented with each round. Throughout all of it, your analyst translates the technical work into plain-language updates you can actually use.

That integration is what separates this from companies that are simply “owned by” an attorney or “network with” attorneys who never touch the work. Here, the three roles are part of one coordinated process.
