That’s why we won’t promise a specific credit score increase. Nor will we guarantee that a particular account will be removed or make claims about outcomes that are outside our control.
But that doesn’t mean you should be expected to pay for a program that produces nothing.
Our guarantee puts accountability behind the work we do. If you fulfill your responsibilities under the program and we are unable to get a single incorrect, unverifiable, obsolete, or duplicate item corrected or deleted during your 180-day program, you may request request a full or partial refund of your initial investment under the terms of your agreement.

If you do your part and we are unable to produce a correction or deletion of a qualifying item during your 180-day program, you have the ability to request your money back.

How the Guarantee Works
If you fulfill your responsibilities under the agreement and, during your 180-day program, we are unable to get at least one (1) incorrect, unverifiable, obsolete, or duplicate item corrected or deleted, you may request a full or partial refund of your initial investment. This must be done within a year of starting the program. We will need a current credit report from each bureau and signed documentation related to the refund.
