He is 2-time Public Interest Law Fellow, former Vice-Justice and now Secretary of the Phi Alpha Delta international legal fraternity’s Dallas Alumni chapter. Attorney Swartz clerked for the Honorable Brenda Hull Thompson in Dallas Probate Court #1, was a member of the leadership group for the Anti-Defamation League Dallas’ Regional Office, spent 3 years as Managing Partner of one of Frisco Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business of the Year finalists, 3 years as co-founder/grant writer/Secretary of the Board for the award-winning Dallas non-profit start-up theater ‘Upstart Productions’, and a full year as a stay-at-home Dad before heading to law school.

As a real estate agent for Creekview Realty, Marc developed and trained flat fee listing personnel, agents, and other employees, created buyer client procedures, and led the company’s 3 year growth as its’ lead agent.
As the production manager for Statewide Remodeling, Marc was responsible for ordering, delivery, oversight of 9 home remodeling crews and supervisors, ensuring vendor quality control, invoicing, and oversaw a 45% production increase over 2 years.
